Numori Mail

An email client that is only an email client

Status: In developmentWhat you need: No account neededApps

A fast, private client for the mailbox you already have — any IMAP or SMTP account, whoever runs it. No assistant offering to write your replies and no engine reading your post. A Numori-hosted mail service will follow later, priced separately from storage.

This page is a placeholder

Numori Mail is still being built, so what you are reading is our intent rather than a description of working software. It will be replaced with screenshots and specifics as the work lands.

What makes it different

  • Works with the mailbox you already have

Standard IMAP and SMTP, so it talks to your current provider, your work account or your own server. Nothing to migrate and no address to change.

  • Every account, already there on the next device

Configure your mailboxes once. Sign in to your Numori account on a phone or a new laptop and all of them are set up and waiting, rather than six rounds of server names and port numbers.

  • Nothing reads your mail

No summarising, no smart replies, no categorising by content. The only thing parsing your messages is the client on your own machine.

  • Encryption whose keys you hold

OpenPGP and S/MIME, with keys generated and kept on your device — not escrowed with a provider who could be compelled to hand them over.
